I havent read any books in the last month...but, what i have been reading are lots of comics...and i mean lots...I never knew there were soooo many good comics out there to be read....The Dc Vertigo Comics line is super grand! So here is a Review of what i have been reading from this Comics series.....

THE DREAMING:

This series is an off shoot of one of Vertigo's more popular series, The Sandman. This comic book pops you right down into the realm of the Dreaming. This comic book series is up to Number 13. Number one starts of a Three part series called "The Goldie factor" . Its about this cute little dinosaur who runs away from home which was also the Homplace of Cain and Able (you know the ones Adam And Eves son's) What's really kewl is that Cain gets to kill his brother over and over again, each time doing it in a diffrent way, and Able just comes back to life. Well Goldie is fed up with mopping up all the blood and doing the dishes and stuff, so he spits of Ables foot and splits. Well, what makes this comic so good are the Illustrations and the fact that everyone in the Dreaming has such and intresting job and such and intresting story to tell...and the great thing is this series has given all thoseCharacters from The Sandman, the room to tell thier story, and for $2.50 a month how can you go wrong.

HOUSE OF SECRETS

This little series with no relation to The Sandman Series, although i do see a cross over sometime soon... The main character in this is a runaway chick, Rain, who takes up residence in this old abandoned two story house. Rain soon becomes the only jurior to a supernatual courtroom called the Juris. This supernatural courtroom manefests itself from the hallway closet. In this courtroom her friends and many strangers meet thier destiny. You soon find out that everyone has a bad little secret that they have been hiding. Rain is called upon to pass judgement and the decisions is almost always guilty. What a bargan this is also only $2.50 a pop....you cant buy entertainment that cheap any more....

FAULTLINES

A college student takes a trip to New Mexico, in an attempt to take it easy after a nervous breakdown, staying with a friend. She soon finds out that this is no ordinary southwestern town. The town is a "supernatural Hot spot", so much for getting away from it all. This town is haunted by a romantic ghost, and evil luring supernatural predator, and an ancient entity. I always thought that entity was the same as ghost but mabye in this case not... This comic is a part one of six. And guess what another super deal only $2.50! How can you go wrong?
